For those of you who have heard this around the place but aren't entirely sure what it's all about...
The first weekend of every month, from Friday night to Monday night, Mea draws on demand and streams it live as she goes. All images are only $10 and are digitally made. The reason for this; to help her improve her art both in digital format and to work on perspective and proportion, as well as to make people happy by drawing art they want and will appreciate for a reasonable price.
Images are easy to order... simply send an email to SketchFest with a description of what you want, and a reference image or two... and paypal your money to the same email address. As soon as it's received you'll be added to the list and your image will be drawn next SketchFest.
Ideas/requests can be sent any time of the week, you don't have to wait for SketchFest weekends. The work queue piles up during the month and all images are drawn in the order their paid for.
You can then come and watch on a SketchFest weekend, first weekend of every month, at http://livestream.com/sketchfest and see your request coming to life. It's really that simple.
Please see the price list and the gallery for examples of what you can expect to be getting when you purchase an image. We do allow you to purchase images for other friends as gifts, but we need to be assured that we have permission to use the character in the drawing first, that's all.
REMEMBER: You don't have to wait for the next weekend, you can order your image NOW, and it will be drawn next SketchFest.
If you have any further questions you're welcome to Send a Message to Mea'eshana PhoenixFire and she'll answer as soon as she can.
Thank you to those of you who have watched the FA Account, Liked the Facebook fan page, and/or followed Sketchfest on Twitter. Cheers to the people that have reposted journal entries, advertised SketchFest themselves, or have retweeted my updates throughout SketchFest Weekends.
Please note: A lot of what is drawn or talked about isn't always suitable for minors. That's not to say that it's bad, just that is language and not all pictures are 'clean', though there is nothing pornographic drawn. We cannot, and will not, be responsible for minors in the chat.
